At ANI WRLD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
